January 20122012: Developments progressing in all sectors

We wish you a very happy New Year!  We have a wide variety of exciting projects which are being built in 2012 :

In Somerset and Wiltshire New Medical Centres are now under construction in Westbury and Frome following consented planning applications. Construction is underway at the former poultry factory in Norton St Philip as we support Bloor Homes through the development of this mixed use site for 51 new homes, offices and a shop. At Bradford on Avon, the first phase of the PV Solar development has been installed and connected to the grid at Kingston Farm, and the first phase of Linden Homes' award winning Kingston Mills mixed use development is substantially complete in this prominent riverside location, with further phases to follow on both projects. At The University of Bristol the enabling works contract for the Bristol Life Science Project is nearing completion with the main works anticipated to start on site this March. At Plymouth, we are the Landscape Architects for Moreley Park, a major development by Persimmon Homes of over 1600 new homes, together with employment, education and a retail site, all in the former Plymstock Quarry, and due to start in 2012.
