The Company has an established reputation within the environmental and landscape consultancy field for quality of service, attention to detail and achievement in terms of successful promotion of client's aspirations.
Our quality management system covers all aspects of our works and services:
Quality is assured through a series of internal processes ranging from peer reviews to formal check lists and forms. Our head office is accredited to ISO 9001 and to the National Highways Sector Scheme 18 for Landscape and Ecology. We are also registered with Investors in People.

We are both a corporate member and accredited EIA Quality Mark member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). We are a registered practice with the Chartered Landscape Institute.

We maintain our professional standards and a high degree of scientific integrity. The needs and requirements of Health and Safety legislation form a significant part of the quality system, whether in the office, on site or part of our designs. We are registered with The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. Compliance with CDM regulations ensures quality design work.
Our main measure of client satisfaction is repeat business. This accounts for approximately 90% of our current turn over.
All of our designers are aware of and knowledgeable in environmental impacts within communities – both in urban and rural situations. Several designers are specialists in developments in or near sensitive areas. Where appropriate and beneficial, we recommend the use of local or low impact resources and materials in schemes.
Our duty to our clients is to achieve their objectives in the most environmentally responsible way. Therefore, we advise, plan, design and manage in accordance with best environmental practice. We seek creative and innovative ways to achieve environmental objectives and to promote sustainable development.
Internally, we have an agreed environmental policy and system. We understand that there are impacts upon the environment associated with the operation of any office. We are committed to employing the same innovative and creative approach to managing our environmental impacts as we do to those of our clients.
