Nicholas Pearson Associates is involved in numerous projects that result in the design, construction and ongoing management of new landscapes and environments.
We are fully committed to the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2007 and associated processes to ensure our designs are safe to build, use and maintain. Our knowledge and use of the Regulations helps us to achieve this.

We work with CDM Co-ordinators and other project team members at the earliest possible stage to ensure a comprehensive approach to each project. We have internal procedures to design out risks and hazards, but are equally able to follow procedures provided by CDM Co-ordinators or clients where individual situations warrant this.

Each project is addressed on an individual basis, evaluating and addressing any particular risks or potential hazards.

It is our policy to monitor and implement any changes in the legislation and professional guidance at the time of their introduction.
