The care of, and respect for, our environment is at the core of our work, and environmental legislation is now requiring increasingly stringent standards of survey, investigation, assessment, design and construction.

With over two decades experience in the assessment, management and mitigation of environmental impacts, we are highly regarded for providing expert, specialist advice and we continuously seek to find the best solutions to the often complex environmental impacts of new development.

The company is accredited as a Registered Environmental Impact Assessor by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), because of the high quality of its Environmental Impact Assessment expertise. In addition, a number of staff are IEMA Registered EIA Practioners or Associate Members of IEMA.

We can provide advice on particular projects, carry out research on specific issues, and undertake, co-ordinate and prepare, focused and broad topic assessments and reports. We have extensive experience of practical environmental management for both the public and private sectors. At the core of sound environmental planning is the role of early and thorough consultation, and we have demonstratable skills in this respect. This facilitates the opportunity to identify and resolve environmental issues before they become a problem.

Our GIS capability (please see our Digital Design page) can provide a powerful means of analysing environmental data for complex and largescale projects.

The work we carry out includes:

  • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) scoping and coordination
  • Environmental Statement (ES) production
  • EIA/ ES auditing and review
  • Environmental legislation advice
  • Baseline surveys and impact assessments
  • Environmental Management Plans
  • GIS analysis
