The needs and requirements of Health and Safety legislation form
a significant part of the quality system, whether in the office,

Our quality management system was originally developed to meet
the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001. Over time, we have operated
a continual cycle of review, revision and enhancement to ensure
that our systems remain efficient and focused. Like many of our
clients, we are currently enhancing our systems to encompass the
European Foundation for Quality Management's Excellence Model
(Business Excellence).
In addition, the requirements of the CDM Regulations are being incorporated in the appropriate parts of the Quality Management System.
