Proposals by the Dominvs Group for a new high quality hotel in central Bath have received planning approval. The site in James Street West was previously part of Bath College. Nicholas Pearson Associates provided consultancy support with respect to Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, landscape and public realm design and visualisations.

Professor Alice Roberts reveals the latest archaeological evidence gleaned from Tintagel Castle. NPA helped secure SSSI consent for the excavations undertaken in 2016 and 2017, which unearthed some incredible finds. We were fortunate enough to visit the site and meet the archaeologists during the dig!

May 2018Mindenhurst: The redevelopment of Princess Royal Barracks

Nicholas Pearson Associates provided landscape and ecological services to Skanska IS for the re-development of the Princess Royal Barracks for 1200 new homes, known as Mindenhurst.

Construction is underway for the Village Green, Suitable Area of Natural Greenspace (SANG) and Spine Road. The planning and design proposals are strongly led by the local heathland and woodland character and include, play areas, a lake, footpaths and cycle routes.
