Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, Nicholas Pearson Associates will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

Conditions:

  1. This competition is being run by Nicholas Pearson Associates.
  2. The competition is not open to employees of Nicholas Pearson Associates Ltd.
  3. Only one entry is allowed per person.
  4. All entrants must be over 18.
  5. If you want to enter our competition you must do so via our contact e-mail address on our website www.npaconsult.co.uk.
  6. The panel of judges for this competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of Nicholas Pearson Associates.
  7. The winner will be the entrant who correctly enters Simon's time (hr:min;sec). If there is no correct entry, the next closest entry to Simon's time will win.
  8. If the recorded time matches more than one entries, the first correct entry received will be the winner.
  9. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
  10. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  11. The closing date of the competition, and Nicholas Pearson Associates reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time, is Saturday 5th March.
  12. The time will be that recorded using Simon's personal chip time. If the chip malfunctions and fails to record a time, the winner will be selected at random from entries received.
  13. The winner will be announced via e-mail on Wednesday 9th March, and we will endeavor to send the prize as soon as possible.
  14. The prize can be transferred to another person.
  15. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  16. The prize will be valid for 12 months from issue.
  17. Privacy policy: we will not disclose your personal information to anyone.

The derelict Sorting Office site adjacent to Temple Meads station will be demolished to make way for a world-class, welcoming and well-connected hub for both students and public alike.
