Flavio is a Licentiate Member of the Landscape Institute with over 4 years’ experience in spatial planning. He has a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Design which enhances his understanding of planning and landscape issues. He is adaptable, innovative and creative

Flavio is experienced in using computer databases, Geographic Information Systems and design software to produce high quality graphics that clearly communicate information and data. Flavio provides GIS support for Environmental Impact Assessments, ecological survey and assessment and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment. The latter includes the preparation of Zones of Theoretical Visibility (ZTVs). Flavio is also involved in landscape/ townscape design and preparation of drawings for multiple phases of planning submissions, such as concept plans, masterplans, sections, general arrangement, softworks, hardworks, detailed design features and landscape specifications

Poole Bay Exploration Well

The temporary Colter exploration well is currently being drilled within Poole Bay using a Jack-Up rig. We prepared the Landscape, Seascape and Visual Impact Assessment that formed part of the Environmental Statement for the scheme. This assessment provided part of the technical evidence that was submitted by Corallian Energy Limited to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in order to gain consent to undertake exploratory offshore drilling operations.
