I established the company because I am passionate about the environment and all that our expertise can contribute to both nature and society. We have constantly sought out project opportunities that combine our expertise effectively to fulfil the ambitions of our many and varied clients. For 40 years and counting, the company has provided a vehicle for our collective professional ambitions in sustainable development, and continues to do so.

Simon Kale is Managing Director. He was joined by Jamie Farnell as Director in 2019 and between them they oversee the Professional and Practical running of the business, supported by a fantastic team.

We are also an Accredited Contractor on the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). Our staff hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS ) cards.
We support a range of local charities and organisations throughout the year. When possible, we offer work experience placements and work closely with local schools and higher education institutions. We have a particularly close relationship with the School of Science at Bath Spa University, supporting the Environmental Science degree course through lecture and field-work experiences.
