Our designs are based on thorough analysis of the site and surrounding area. We also take the time to understand the needs of clients, consultees and the public. We work collaboratively to design places and spaces, neighbourhoods and landscapes which enrich the lives of people, as well as the environment.

We are as committed to working for a private client on an individual property as we are working for a development consortium on a major urban extension, for local authorities or utility companies.

We believe that good urban design recognises its surroundings and celebrates culture, heritage and the environment to establish inclusive, welcoming and active places.

We can work with you independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team to create sensitively designed schemes. Public Realm Design

We have developed an integrated approach to designing for the public realm that acknowledges the sensitivities of the project context and the demanding functional needs of the site and its surroundings.

Placemaking as an important element of the design process and our public realm designs seek to engage with all users positively and reflect a site’s purpose, unique character and sense of place.

We use a wealth of technical expertise to support clients in the design and implementation of public realm projects. We combine resilient and beautiful elements, including hard paving, street furniture and urban planting to enrich the lives of the user and promote health and wellbeing and sociable spaces.

Garden Design

We work closely with individual clients to develop inspirational garden designs, often associated with fine houses.
